Chapman Management Group was created in March 2023 when Tim Chapman saw a need for more transparency, accountability and credibility in the property management industry.

As founder of the well-respected Chapman Development company, Tim has a deep understanding of successfully developing multi-family communities. Chapman Development focuses on revitalizing emerging urban neighborhoods with quality living spaces that reflect the aspirations, lifestyle and needs of property residents.

What he found after development was that the property management model was lacking in overall effectiveness: high turnover, low wages, lack of responsiveness and not enough focus on overall service. The lack of consistent competency was negatively impacting both residents and property owners. He sought a solution to remedy that – Chapman Management Group.

The inception of Chapman Management Group is based on Tim’s vision of increasing responsiveness and optimizing performance in ways that benefit the entire community: residents, owners, as well as the property management team.

To bring the company’s vision to life, team members serve in both onsite and remote capacities. Employees are hired and trained to fulfill the key needs of every multi-family property with a priority on being organized, prompt and strategic in solutions. The result is a consistency and responsiveness that benefits residents and owners.
