About Us

Chapman Management Group was created in March 2023 when Tim Chapman saw a need for more transparency, accountability and credibility in the property management industry.

As founder of the well-respected Chapman Development company, Tim has a deep understanding of successfully developing multi-family communities. Chapman Development focuses on revitalizing emerging urban neighborhoods with quality living spaces that reflect the aspirations, lifestyle and needs of property residents.

What he found after development was that the property management model was lacking in overall effectiveness: high turnover, low wages, lack of responsiveness and not enough focus on overall service. The lack of consistent competency was negatively impacting both residents and property owners. He sought a solution to remedy that – Chapman Management Group.

The Senior Management Team, itself, has deep experience in multi-family development, tax credit communities, construction (ground-up to fit-out to renovation), and all aspects of accounting and finance, including financial analysis, risk management, internal controls, and cash flow.
